Shipping, deliveries and returns

Packages are generally shipped within 5 to 10 working days (composition of your custom order) after receipt of payment, depending on the workload.

The time before support of your order is indicated on our home page as well as in your basket when you place an order.

Packages are shipped via Mondial Relay ou Post Office with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature (your choice).

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected to guarantee the good condition of your order.

Delivery is offered from 75€ of purchases on our store, please select the delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point when placing your order in order to benefit from it automatically.

Delivery time

  • Production time 5 - 10 working days* (unless special notice on the shop)
  • Delivery 3 - 6 Working Days* 
  • Standard: €5 - Free if more than €75,00 (at a Mondial Relay pick-up point)
  • Shipments from Belgium, deliveries throughout Europe

Track your order

You will receive an e-mail with tracking number confirming that your order has been sent, you can then follow your order via this link: https://www.calincaline.be/pages/suivre-ma-commande

Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend you to combine all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

 

Promotions and special offers

Our promotional codes are valid on our entire range except for items that are on promotion. Promo codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified when using them.


Returns and customer satisfaction

  • If an item arrived damaged/faulty and is not suitable for you, please write to us at hello@calincaline.be so that we can find a quick and comforting solution.
  • After verification by our customer service, we will refund or replace your order and let you know if you should return the item or not.
