Who is Calincaline?

The CalinCaline brand has was created in 2022 by enthusiasts of handmade crafts for children. Our workshops are located in Sprimont in Belgium and we send our personalized items all over Europe.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet, CalinCaline is primarily an online store.

You can however to visit us in our workshops in Sprimont, in the Liège region, on appointment, if you would like to see a fabric or discuss your making projects.

What are your manufacturing and delivery times?

Our production times, the average waiting time to process your order, varies between 5 and 10 days worked. It is indicated on the banner at the top of the page and on your cart page.

Delivery times are on average 3 to 7 jours ouvrés on average via Mondial Relay or Bpost (Colissimo in France). These deadlines are given as indicative and may vary depending on the type of transport chosen.

How to track my order ?

The status of your order will be updated as soon as it goes into production in our workshops, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and you will be notified by email of the progress of your articles.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking number by email, you will only have to follow your package on the website of the chosen carrier or directly on our tracking page.

I made a mistake in my order, can I return it?

Yes but only if it is an article not personalized. Please return the item(s) concerned to us within 15 days, at your expense.

Once the package received in our workshops, we will check its conformity and we will initiate the reimbursement.

For personalized items, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay easily your order at Calincaline and in a manner secure.

We offer payment by credit card, Paypal or by bank transfer.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, it is not mandatory and you can order as a guest.

However, your mobile phone number and email address are required, mainly to receive the updating your order and messages from carriers when your order is sent.

La create an account will, however, allow you to follow more easily the progress of your order, to take advantage of loyalty discounts or even receive our latest news in your mailbox.

Can I preview a personalized item?

We have a very wide choice of fabrics and options for personalized baby items, subject to change when we bring in new items.

You can indeed send us a message in order to obtain a visual approximate of your choices for a desired item, our team will respond to you as soon as possible.
