Shipments and Returns
Shipping of your package by CalinCaline
Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Mondial Relay ou Post Office with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature (your choice).
Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra (additional cost) and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected to guarantee the good condition of your order.

Return Policy
Packages can be returned at your expense to CalinCaline unless otherwise stated by us following an order error or a written agreement. Please contact us beforehand to avoid unnecessary shipping costs..
